FACILITATING OUR DEVELOPMENT

Think of me as a facilitator for your own progress. The school is open when I’m here, so come in and improve your Kung Fu. I am here to do the same thing, and maybe I can point out some things that will help. I learn from you, too, how you move and react, how to run a better class, etc. We all have a long way to go. We can help each other, here. That is how it should be.

So focus on improving yourself in Kung Fu. Listen to what’s given and blend it with your own knowledge and body, always pushing your limits in bodily power, efficiency, visualization, breathing, flexibility, speed, strength, etc., and begin to understand how subtle changes in your approach can help you work through the barriers in your training.
