INTERFERENCE
In any practice, there is the issue of being interfered with. Oftentimes, there is this situation: while you practice, even though you want to practice, as soon as you do, you will start thinking of things that interfere with you. For instance, you might begin to notice how hungry you are, how tired you are, how hot/cold it is, etc. You might think about your different relationships or conflicts at work or home, or other, more obscure things can happen.
In general, it is best to leave these alone and do your practice anyway. They are just blocks your mind puts up to keep you from improving. Its similar to other pursuits. When you set your mind to something, you might start to think of reasons not to do it. Naturally, there is resistance. At times, even though you truly want to train, all manner of things will come up to try and pull you away. It can be extremely difficult to let go of these issues sometimes; life is like that! I suggest you train in spite of this interference. If you train anyway and work through it, constantly letting go as you train, you will begin to feel that good feeling again, and move up in your training. Do it!
